Depot Service

IdentiSys takes customer satisfaction seriously and prides in exceeding expectations. If on-site maintenance is not required, the depot service is available for warranty repairs through annual maintenance agreements or on a time and materials basis and is always performed by factory trained and certified engineers. Many parts are stocked locally and not from a remote warehouse, in order to provide the fastest possible service.

The IdentiSys Tiger Team can offer a variety of services including fast and reliable repairs, upgrades, rebuilding of parts, assemblies or subassemblies, and functionality testing. Manufacturer certified experts will work to ensure all service needs are satisfied promptly.
