Service Maintenance Agreements

An IdentiSys on-site service maintenance agreement provides customers with unlimited technical support over the phone, plus these comprehensive services:

  • Preventive maintenance (PM)
    Identisys provides scheduled PM calls to help ensure systems are running at optimal performance. Worn or defective parts are replaced and systems are cleaned - all at no charge. This service helps to reduce emergency calls and extend the life of systems.
  • Emergency maintenance (EM)
    All labor and parts (excluding consumables) are covered any time a system needs repair. After hours and special request services are available at reduced rates for customers with maintenance agreements.

Less downtime, faster response, no paperwork, fixed budgeted cost and lower total cost are primary reasons most customers choose an on-site maintenance service agreement.

On-Site Service

  • On-Site Installation and Training
    IdentiSys offers a variety of on-site services including product installation, operator training and card design. Services can cover everything from unpacking equipment to installing software to the training necessary for system operation, configuration and/or maintenance. Training can be for an individual or any size group, and is available as either on-site training or online.
  • On-Site Repair
    On-site service is available on a time and materials basis for customers who do not have an on-site warranty or a maintenance agreement.

Depot Service

If on-site maintenance is not required, IdentiSys can provide fast and reliable repairs through the depot service department.

  • Depot Repair
    Depot service is available for warranty repairs, through annual maintenance agreements, or on a time and materials basis and is always performed by factory trained and certified engineers.
