The IdentiSys Tiger Team is made up of in-house factory-trained Customer Engineers that provides on-site service, depot service and remote support available for ID card printers from all of the major brands including Entrust, FARGO, Zebra, Evolis, Matica, Magicard, IDP, and more.
Service is available through IdentiSys service maintenance agreements or on a time and materials basis and is always performed by manufacturer certified technicians. IdentiSys is authorized to do warranty repairs, and many parts are stocked locally and not from a remote warehouse, in order to provide the fastest possible service.
