Mobile ID Spot from Elliott Mobile Solutions is used to efficiently perform ID registration and manage queues or lines.

This solution allows you to quickly identify people and issue an ID wristband with QR barcode, even while waiting in line. Each person's wristband is scanned and instantly checked in once they reach the front of the line at registration using Mobile ID software. This process significantly quickens the entire registration process and even allows you to identify and issue wristbands while on the move.

How it Works

While people are standing in line, waiting to be enrolled into an event, users perform the following steps:

  1. Identify Scan a driver’s license using a mobile scanner to collect data and generate a unique QR barcode.
  2. Issue Scan and assign a preset data tag if desired, such as status, condition, allergy, etc. Then print an ID wristband/label on the spot displaying the QR and collected data - all from the printer strapped to your hip.
  3. Track Scan the QR tag into the Mobile ID software. Three things are performed instantaneously in that 1 second: data is populated into the Mobile ID software, that information is stored in the database, and an assignment may be created for that person.
