On-Site Service

The IdentiSys Tiger Team can offer a variety of on-site services including product installation, operator training and card design. Manufacturer certified technicians from IdentiSys, also known as Customer Engineers, can cover everything from unpacking equipment to installing software to the training necessary for system operation, configuration and/or maintenance.

On-site service is available on a time and materials basis for customers who do not have an on-site warranty or a maintenance agreement.

Installation and Training

  • Product Installation
    From start to finish, Customer Engineers (CEs) will unbox, set up equipment, install software, configure the system, and ensure all components are operating correctly.
  • Operator Training
    CEs provide onsite one-on-one training that includes operation, configuration, operator maintenance, as well as productivity and quality tips. CEs are also available over the phone by contacting the toll-free number.
  • Online Training
    Over the Internet one-on-one training with CEs can be developed to meet specific needs for applicable products. Training can be computer–based and be set at the operator’s own pace. With quality online visual learning resources available, learning how to use products and software can be simple.
