Just send us the photos for each badge, names and information you would like printed on each card, and we will send you a card proof to approve. After proof approval, we will produce the cards and ship them to you.

Printing specifications
A. Artwork/Graphics – Artwork for logos and graphics must be electronic with fine edges. Windows bitmap (.bmp) and JPEG file Interchange Format (.jpg) are preferred, but the following files that end with these extensions are acceptable:
- Windows bitmap (.bmp)
- JPEG Bitmap (.cmp)
- JPEG file Interchange Format (.jpg)
- Macintosh PICT drawing (.pct)
- Zsoft PaintBrush (.pcx)
- Portable Network graphics (.png)
- Adobe PhotoShop 3.0 (.psd)
- Targa image file (.tga)
Files may be submitted by email or CD.
B. Set-up charges – a one-time set-up charge will apply to all orders.
C. Proof Approval – Once the card has been designed, a proof will be sent to you for approval. Card production will begin upon proof approval.
D. Lead Time – Lead times will vary depending upon design, proof approval and quantity desired.
