How to use our ordering system:

1. Browse the catalog of products.
2. Add the items you desire to your shopping cart.
3. After your shopping cart has all of your desired items click "Checkout".
4. Fill out the required information on the order form.
5. Select an order method. Either electronically or via the Fax-Ready form.

After your order has been submitted to us in either of the formats, our order staff will review the order, check product availability and then call you to confirm the order. The pricing of your on-line order does not include taxes, duties (international orders only) and shipping and handling charges. 

We do not accept credit card information over the web. If you order using your credit card, you can write the information in the space provided on the Fax-Ready form, or if you submit you order electronically, we will call you to obtain that information.

Purchase Order Requirements:
1. Your order is over $100.
2. You have previously established credit with IdentiSys.

Q: Why can’t I submit my credit card information online?

A: The IdentiSys website is not set up for secure transaction via the Internet. For your protection we do not ask for credit card information on our site. Our on-line ordering system stills allows very convenient on-line ordering by following the instructions above.


Q: I can’t find the item I need, do you have it?

A: We carry such a wide variety of products that we are not able to have them all available on our web site. If you do not find what you are looking for, please fill out our information request form, or call us at 888-437-9783.
